Refunds and Cancellations

At SSS Fashions, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Our products include T-shirts for Boys & Girls, Baby Carry Nests, Maternity Wear, and Cotton Pillows, all made with care from high-quality materials. Please read our Refunds and Cancellations Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase or before the product is dispatched.

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will not be possible.

  • To request a cancellation, please email us at sssfashionsindia@gmail.com with your order details.

2. Returns and Exchanges

  • We accept returns only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products delivered.

  • Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of delivery by contacting us via email.

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.

  • Certain personal-use items (like Baby Carry Nests or Pillows) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons, unless defective.

3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. Only the product cost will be refunded (except in cases where we sent defective/incorrect items).

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or specially made products.

  • Items purchased during clearance sales or promotional offers.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or incorrect washing/storage by the customer.

5. Delayed or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund after the mentioned timeline, please first check your bank account.

  • Then contact your bank or card provider, as it may take additional time for the refund to reflect.
